Beth Ross
LCSW, Psychotherapist
You are the expert in our sessions.
I offer a comfortable and non-judgmental environment in which the client is the expert on their own unique situation. I enjoy working collaboratively with adult clients to improve interpersonal relationships, identify strengths and move towards a sense of wholeness. I use a holistic and person-centered approach that invites the client to bring their whole self to each session. I am passionate about working with adults who are experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship issues and have a history of trauma.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based interventions and guided by a deep understanding of nervous system regulation and somatic healing. I support clients in making sense of their stories and values within the context of both personal experiences and systemic realities.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Grief-Informed Professional and certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. I have found that my experience, alongside my training, has equipped me with the skills to guide clients effectively through change, loss, trauma and often the relational difficulties that arise along the way!
